1. What did you find the most interesting about the interview?
Probably the first part where she said she saw a little beagle dog that was stray and fell in love with it-Lucy
How she came up with the story. Finding the beagle and not being able to help it. - Ian
My favorite part was when she said that that she cried because of how the dog was mistreated-mason my favorite part was when she whistled and the dog changed-abby

2. What inspired her to write Shiloh
Same as my other answer but also, she had cats so she couldn't keep it but on that day it made her feel like she wanted to write about her amazing find.-Lucy
She wanted to help the beagle, but couldn't. She wanted to do something to help. - Ian

The dog that she found that was mistreated-Mason she couldn't keep the dog so she wrote Shiloh-abby

What would you do if you found a mistreated dog-Mason
I would ether take him home and take care of him or find a better home for him-Mason
I would ask my mom if I could keep it and if not, I would put it on Pet Finder.com so a family could buy it. :)-Lucy
Why do you think the author decided to write? Would you write about an abused dog?-Lucy :)
I think the author was inspired to write because her parents loved reading to her. And, I think I would write a story RELATED to abused dogs but a little bit different than that.-Lucy :D I would take it home until I found his owner-abby

1. Do you feel a beagle would make a good pet for a family? Use information from the website to support your opinion.I think a beagle would make a great pet for a family who would like a loving pet and though a beagle may be hard to train he would still be great for the kids! -Mason- A beagle would be a good pet for a family because they are kind and gentle with kids. - Ian I think a beagle would be a great pet because they are gentle and good with kids-abby

Beagles are very well known and I bet they would make a great family pet great for the kids! A little tricky to train but still a very loving dog that you can fall in love with! My dog is part beagle so I know what beagles are like.-Lucy :)
